I have build the F14 as a F14A version with the wing gloves for the “Top Gun 2019 contest”
Build was straight forward but takes some carving, sanding and time
I have build the Tomcat without the ailerons in the wings (I´m only flying the F-14 with the tailerons).
weight 1,6kg (without the cockpit and final painting)
EDF: 64mm FMS fans as 3s verision (3900 KV motors)
ESCs: 40A Turnigy Plush 32
Lipo: 3S5800mAh Akku
Attention: with the wing gloves there is no pitch down tendency (more a slight pitch up moment)
control throws tailerons: 30mm with 30% Expo on roll and pitch
