The Gripen is one of my favourite jets and dam she flies like she is…!
Built at 100% including the 3D printed parts that i just love
Very easy build guide to follow.
Set up on FMS 70mm (6s) overpowered yes but epic 🙂 im more than confident if i went for my usual 64/70mmFMS 4s she would have flown just as good
80amp ESC i would recomend 40-60amp would be fine on lower power train set up.
2650mAh 6s oh and it sounds amazing
3x 9g MG servos (1 operating Canard) and other two on Elevon set up.
fly’s really well on estimated CG however im currently working my way back slightly as i think she could go there a bit more.
Travel on Elevons / Aileron 18mm +/-
Travel on Elevons / Elevator 20mm +/-
Canard Travel at Trailing Edge 15mm +/-
CG im flying on 120mm from leading edge and pushing further back next flight to see
With the Delta wing im sure she will be forgiving with the CG
hoping to try out high alpha next
The 3D parts are fantastic addition especially when you add the 3D cockpit and pilot! I urge you to purchase a clear canopy as it looks absolutely stunning for the finish.
